Well-being support

Feeling stressed, dealing with practical or personal challenges, or just want to check in on your well-being? There are several ways to take care of yourself within the Faculty of Science.

You can talk to contact persons if you need guidance or support. You can also follow e-health modules from Gezonde Boel at your own pace, or join workshops that help you reflect on your well-being.

You don’t need to be struggling to benefit — even a small check-in can make a difference.

Where to start?

Your first point of contact for everything: Study advisor

Your study advisor/coordinator for your programme (click on your study programme on the left side) is your first point of contact for guidance and advice about your studies.

Examples of questions you can ask your study advisor:

  • Study planning and timetables
  • Elective courses and exemptions
  • Doing an internship
  • Referral to other forms of support
Science study associations

Each study programme has its own or shared study association you can join during your study time.
