De jeugdzorg moet veranderen. Een alarmerend inspectierapport laat opnieuw zien dat kinderen onvoldoende veilig zijn. Mariëlle Bruning, hoogleraar Jeugdrecht, sprak erover in een podcast met Argos: ‘Wij hebben in Nederland de plicht om kinderen te beschermen.’

Het tweejaarlijkse Children’s Rights Moot Court, georganiseerd door de afdeling Jeugdrecht en Gezondheidsrecht in samenwerking met Baker McKenzie, werd in 2014 geïnitieerd door de Leidse Rechtenfaculteit ter gelegenheid van de 25e verjaardag van het VN-Verdrag inzake de Rechten van het Kind.
