All the details of your studies are recorded in uSis. From your first registration as a student of Leiden University right up till your graduation.
New log-in procedures university systems
When logging into many university systems, you will now be directed to the Microsoft log-in screen. Here you must enter: a lower case letter s, followed by your student number + @vuw.leidenuniv.nl. So, for example: s123456@vuw.leidenuniv.nl

uSis on your PC or laptop
You can access uSis on your PC or laptop via your browser. You con log in into uSis with your ULCN log-in details.
uSis on your phone or tablet
You can access uSis on your mobile device via the Leiden University app.
Petitions
If you want to request a change to your academic requirements you can submit a petition via uSis. For example, if you want to be exempted from certain academic requirements, have study credits earned abroad recognised as part of your Leiden studies, or receive a different number of credits for part of your curriculum.
