Study associations
A study association is a good way to combine study-related activities with pleasure. Every faculty has one or more study association.
Many study programmes have their own study association. For more information take a look under the faculty tab, or speak to the administration of your study programme.
Study association LUMC
If you are a student of Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy or Vitality and Ageing, you are automatically a member of the study association Medical Faculty for Students from Leiden (M.F.L.S.). M.F.L.S. is committed to improving the quality of education and it organises activities to strengthen the bond between students and teachers, such as excursions, trips, drinks, movie nights, lectures, sports activities and parties.
Lunch, drinks or parties at HePatho
HePatho Society can be found below lecture hall 1. Here you can come to eat a sandwich or have a drink with other students of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. HePatho is managed by M.F.L.S. The bar is open every weekday from 12:30 to 18:00. You can also book the location for social gatherings and parties.
Purchasing study materials through the M.F.L.S.
Through M.F.L.S., you can buy study materials and books at a competitive price. Study materials can be purchased on the M.F.L.S. website.
