From 19 to 29 December: no changes to ULCN and LU-cards
In the period 19 to 29 December, the university will carry out planned IT maintenance. As a result, if you request any changes to your ULCN account or LU card, these will only come into effect from 30 December onwards.
ULCN and LU-Card working as usual
During the maintenance period, you can continue using your ULCN account and LU-Card as usual.
Advice: don’t change your password
If you change your password during the maintenance period, you will only be able to use your new password from 30 December onwards. To avoid confusion, we therefore advise you not to do so.
