Your voice matters: these are the FWN candidates for the university elections
Would you like to help decide who represents you on the Faculty Council (FR) and the University Council (UR)? This is your chance. The candidates for the university elections have been announced.
Whoe can stand for election?
For the upcoming elections, candidates are standing for:
- the student section of the Faculty Council (FR)
- the student and staff sections of the University Council (UR)
The Faculty Council consists of 14 members: 7 students and 7 staff. The University Council has 16 members: 8 students and 8 staff, drawn from different faculties.
Who votes for what?
- Students vote for the student sections of both the FR and the UR.
- Staff vote for the staff section of the UR.
When can you vote?
You can cast your vote from 19 to 21 May.
- Students are elected for a term of one year
- Staff are elected for a term of two years
