  • Do you want to strengthen your leadership skills to contribute to the wellbeing of people and planet?
  • Do you want to embody values such as dignity, fairness, and compassion in practice?
  • Do you want to address complex challenges at home, at work, and in society at large?

This learning-in-action program offers practical tools of radical transformational leadership:

  • Radical means root, our essence – who we are as human beings.
  • Transformational is about creating change that is lasting and just.
  • Leadership is the human ability to co-create a better future for all.

Program Overview

Session 1: Sourcing Inner Capacity for Strategic Action
Participants will identify what they deeply care about and explore how to make decisions based on their values.

Session 2: My Four Profiles and Deep Listening
Participants will explore four personal “profiles” — wisdom, social, personality, and professional — and learn to distinguish between distracted and deep listening.

Session 3: Systems and Cultural Norms
Participants will learn to recognize systems and cultural norms, and identify which ones they wish to transform at home, at work, and in society.

Session 4: Conscious Full Spectrum Response Model
Participants will work with a framework that enables them to solve problems, shift harmful systems and norms, and source values for everyone, everywhere.
