Scholarship applications and letters of recommendation
Do you need a signature for a scholarship application? This can be obtained during the walk-in hour or by sending the document to intoff@lumc.nl. Do you need a letter of recommendation? Complete the form studieverklaringen (in Dutch) or send an email to the Education Service Desk. You will receive a scholarship application form back within 5 days.
