Leiden University encourages students to play an active role in student associations and organisations. To support student organisations in their goals and activities, the university offers a number of services and facilities through the student centres Plexus and Beehive.

Facilities at Plexus Student Centre in Leiden

At Plexus Student Centre, student organisations in Leiden can make use of the following facilities:

Computers
Own telephone number
Print & copy facilities
Guest account and post box
Meeting rooms
Storage space for paperwork

Conditions

To make use of Plexus facilities, your organisation must meet certain criteria, for example:

be open to all students
non-commercial
registered with the chamber of commerce

Facilities at Beehive Student Centre in The Hague

Beehive Student Centre is located in The Hague and offers office facilities for student organisations and study associations, including:

Computers
Print & copy facilities
Lockable storage space
Workstations
Meeting rooms and facilities

Conditions

You can only submit a request if your organisation meets the following criteria:

Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce
Has a connection to Leiden University
No commercial activities or profit motive
