Each graduand has two guest tickets included.

If you want to bring more than two guests, you need to purchase additional guest tickets separately.

2. Where do I buy guest tickets?

You can buy additional guest tickets through the official graduation ticket link.

Additional guest tickets cost €24.95 per person, including one drink (if purchased before 25th of June).

Yes, guest tickets are transferable.

4. Is there a deadline to buy guest tickets?

No, there is no deadline for buying guest tickets, however if bought after 25th of June it will not include a drink.

This can include dresses, suits, blazers, dress shirts, skirts, jumpsuits, smart trousers, or similar semi-formal outfits. Guests do not need to dress as if it is a black-tie event, but everyday casual clothes are best avoided.

Graduation Outfit

1. When and where do I pick up the cap, gown, stole, and tassel?

Graduands have already received information about graduation outfit pickup and can sign up for a time slot.

Please check your email carefully and register for a pickup time if you have not done so yet.

2. How to wear the graduation outfit?

The instructions on how to wear the graduation outfit will be shared during Graduation kick-off. However, we recommend that you also read it here in advance.

Please also wear something appropriate and comfortable underneath the gown, since you will be wearing it throughout the ceremony and for photos.

3. Is it possible NOT to rent the graduation outfit?

The gown needs to be rented as that is the official traditional dress that all students must wear during their graduation.

The cap and the tassel however will be yours to keep. Again, this is part of the official graduation outfit and so must be worn during the ceremony.

You will be able to pay for the rent and deposit of the gown online.

At the kick-off on July 2nd, you can pick up your graduation outfit and have an official portrait picture taken.

4. When are graduation portraits times?

Graduation portraits will be organised around the graduation kick-off on July 2nd on the Floor 1.

You should have received information about signing up for a kick-off. Please check your email and register if you have not done so yet.

Graduation Gift

1. What is the Graduation Gift?

The Graduation Gift is the Class of 2026 fundraiser.

It is not a gift that graduands receive. It is your class’s gift back to the LUC community. This year, we are raising money for the LUC Scholarship Fund, which supports students through financial aid and helps make LUC more accessible.

The idea is simple: as we graduate, we want to help future students have the opportunity to study at LUC too.

2. Who can donate to the Graduation Gift?

Anyone can donate, including students, parents, family members, friends, alumni, or anyone else who would like to support the Class of 2026 Graduation Gift.

There is no minimum donation amount. Every contribution helps.

You can check this page to find more information about the Class of 2026 Graduation Gift.

You can donate to the Gradution Gift via the official crowdfunding page. Your contribution is highly appreciated.
