Leiden Leadership Programme

The Leiden Leadership Programme (LLP) is geared towards motivated master's students who wish to develop their leadership skills.

What is the Leiden Leadership Programme?

The Leiden Leadership Programme consists of 15 EC and consists of the essential componend LLP Essentials (5 EC) supplemented with a Leadership Lab (10 EC) and two elective modules (3 EC each).

The themes of the Leadership Labs are:

• Sustainability & Climate
• Equality & Inclusion
• Healthy Living & Well-being

For your first elective module (January-March) you can choose one of the following:

• Business Leadership
• Public Leadership

For your second elective module (March-June) you can choose one of the following:

• Adaptive Leadership
• Inclusive Leadership

The programme is taught in English with one component, the Leadership Lab is offered in Dutch as well.
