Visit Front Office Leiden by appointment only till 4 Aug

Between 16 June and 4 August 2025, you can only visit the Front Office in Leiden by making an appointment. This is due to renovation work at Plexus Student Centre. Please use the link below to make an appointment. The phone line and contact form will remain available as usual. 

* The LUC Student Information Desk will not be affected by these renovations and can be reached at the normal opening times.

You can contact the Student Affairs Front Office with questions about:  

• student (re) registration and de-registration;
• registering as a guest, auditing or external student;
• tuition fees and other financial matters;
• student cards and LU-cards;
• ULCN accounts and log-in details;
• completing forms;
• application and admission to Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes;
• the colloquium doctum admission procedure;
• diploma verification and checks;
• requesting proof of tuition fee payment (bewijs betaald collegegeld);
• payment of tuition fees by debit card.
