Awarding of diploma
Once you complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree you will be awarded your diploma during a celebratory graduation ceremony. Some study programmes also have ceremonies for the awarding of first-year (propedeuse) diplomas or other important achievements. The awarding of your diploma is always arranged by your faculty or study programme.
Graduation ceremonies are always arranged by your study programme or faculty.
The diploma presentations for graduates of the MA Asian Studies (60h) and the MA Asian Studies (120) in the first semester of 2018-2019 are scheduled for
- Friday October 19 (whole day)
This will be graduation ceremonies for each graduate individually. To participate in this ceremony of October 19, students should have all met all requirements for the research MA exam no later than September 28, 2018 and have submitted the graduation form before September 1, 2018.
The Program Administration Offices will send graduates an invitation about a month before the date of the graduation ceremony. Based on the reactions on the invitation the Offices will make a schedule for the diploma presentations.
