Stay connected – also during the summer holiday
Stay connected
The summer vacation is now upon us. This can be a lonely time for many students. Normal routines such as attending lectures, having a drink together, and the vibrant student house have come to an abrupt halt. While the vacation provides space for rest and reflection, it can also create a sense of doubt and feelings of emptiness or loneliness.
We want to encourage you to stay in touch with each other at this very time. Find each other, visit a terrace, go out together, especially during the months when student life is quieter. Stay connected, stay involved.
What can you do?
- Send a message: Take the time to send a friend or fellow student a message. A simple “How are you?” can mean a lot.
- Schedule fun activities: If you're in the area, grab a coffee together, walk in the park, or so another shared activity.
- Share your story: Use social media to let others know what you are doing and encourage them to do the same. A shared experience can bridge the gap between you and others.
