For whom
Intermediate/advanced dancers. The dance style is energetic and powerfull. The steps are tought in way that is easy to follow.  You will be tought a new dance style and a choreography. The focus will be on the smooth movements of the upper body and hips. This course is about power, great movements and stepping out of your comfort zone. 

The LAK is entitled to move a student to a higher/lower level.
This will always be done in consultation with the teacher and student.

Content 
Afro Mix is made up out of various dance styles. The most important one being African Dance: big, earthly, intensive and uplifting movements. Moving the upper body separately from the lower body is key. Afrobeats, Dancehall and Dubstep bring joy and energy to the lesson.

Teacher 
Avalon Brown started dancing as a little girl and has been dancing ever since. Her lessons are challenging, energetic and a mix of styles with a lot of African influences.
