Allyship is one of the most important approaches you can take to contribute to better campuses, workplaces and communities. This workshop explores complex situations that are relevant to university life and forms the core introductory module for participants seeking to establish inclusive cultures. Topics of discussion include bullying, harassment, and discrimination.

For who?

• Board members of student associations 
• Key figures within student associations, i.e. members who fulfil a role for which the training is relevant. For example, confidential peer listeners, board members of sub-associations (disputen), or bar and order committee

• Duration: 2 hours
• The training can be followed for free by board members and key figures of a student association 
• You can follow the training in English
