What to expect?

  • Almost all sessions will take place during the Study Abroad Fair in Leiden and are open to all students.
  • Sessions offered during the week include faculty-specific sessions, a special session for parents and guardians, and a session on Opportunities in Latin America (see below when this session is scheduled).
  • Take a look at the Saturday timetable for details.
  • The “Scholarships and finances: Ways to finance your time abroad” will be offered in Leiden and The Hague.
  • The programme and sessions are subject to change. Please check the website regularly for the latest updates.

Opening Session – Kick off the Study Abroad Fair! – open to all students!

We’ll start the day together: the Leiden University team will welcome you and set the stage with inspiration and energy. And to get you in the right vibe straight away, a comedian will bring some laughs to kick things off. The perfect start to your Study Abroad adventure!

Leiden University’s International Programme Officers will tell you about your options for going abroad through one of the university’s exchange programmes. Going abroad but not sure how to finance your international adventure? During this session, the Scholarship Team will inform you on which Scholarships are available, deadlines and how to apply.
