International Bachelor in Psychology Introduction Day

Welcome to the International Bachelor in Psychology!

The first few days of the Psychology bachelor consist of introduction days. On these days important and practical information will be shared on the programme and on studying in Leiden in general. For example, you will receive information on the university's digital systems that you will be using right from the start of your studies. In addition, the study advisers will discuss the curriculum, provide information on student support, and give tips to get your studies off a good start. You will also meet your fellow Psychology students. The student mentor will guide you through the first day.

You will receive an email with your personal schedule for the Introduction Day on 4 September at the end of August.

Programme 4 September

The first part of the Introduction Day will be held in two different groups. Group 1 has the information session, which consists of an introductory game and an explanation of digital tools and practical matters, in the morning and group 2 in the afternoon. In the email you will receive at the end of August, you can read in which group you have been placed.

14:00 - 15:00	Break and walk to lecture room
15:15 - 17:00	Your first lecture: History of Psychology	PDLC/SC01

Programme 5 September

On Tuesday 5 September you will have an information session with the study advisers of the International Bachelor in Psychology. You will hear what to expect this academic year and you will have the opportunity to ask questions about practical and study advice matters. The time and location of the session will be visible in MyTimetable at the beginning of September.
