Join us for a discussion as we explore the ideas presented in Kristina Lunz’s work as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy (CFFP) and bestselling author of The Future of Foreign Policy is Feminist, Forbes ‘30 under 30’, Ashoka Fellow, Atlantik Brücke Young Leader, Handelsblatt/BCG ‘Vordenker*innen 2020’, Focus Magazine's ‘100 Women of 2020’. She is an Advisory Group Member for Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Goalkeepers Initiative on the SDGs.
Replacing military power with feminism, solidarity, and climate justice
With extensive experience, she holds two master’s degrees, from University College London and University of Oxford. Featured regularly in (inter)national media including Vogue, Spiegel, and The Guardian, Kristina was the face of the Giorgio Armani campaign ‘Crossroad’ for female empowerment.
In her relentless pursuit of reshaping the foreign policy arena, Lunz aspires to trigger a shift. She envisions replacing grandiose displays of military power with feminism, solidarity, and climate justice. Her vision of a Feminist Foreign Policy focuses on promoting equal rights in the handling of global affairs and security, with a particular emphasis on marginalized and underrepresented groups. Ultimately, this policy represents an inclusive, forward-thinking approach for the 21st century, where peace, security, prosperity, health, and climate justice are attainable for all, worldwide.
