Met droefheid hebben wij kennisgenomen dat op dinsdag 30 november jongsleden onze oud-collega prof. drs. Herman Schaper is overleden. Herman bekleedde van 2014 tot en met 2017 de Pieter Kooijmans-wisselleerstoel voor Vrede, Recht en Veiligheid aan de Universiteit Leiden.
