In preparation for the workshop, you keep a time log for a week. The aim is for you to keep track of how you spend your time, on an hour-to-hour basis.
When you participate in this workshop, have your diary and an overview of all your study tasks for the coming period at hand. Then during the workshop you can get right down to designing a realistic schedule.
