On 14 October, Lieutenant General Elanor Boekholt-O’Sullivan (Top Woman of the Year 2023) will present her book Gewapend met gevoel, Mijn generale kijk op leidinggeven at Leiden University in The Hague. She is the first female three-star general in the Netherlands and currently serves as Deputy Director-General for Policy at the Ministry of Defence.
Her book explores how leadership, vulnerability, and resilience can go hand in hand. A timely and inspiring message, especially for students navigating a complex world.
