Student Support Groups, for group contact
Student Support Groups offer a safe, confidential space for learning, sharing, and connecting with others.
What are Student Support Groups?
Student Support Groups are small, peer-led groups for students to share experiences, learn from one another, and build connections in a safe, supportive environment. Through mutual support and weekly conversations, groups can help students gain new insights, develop useful coping skills and improve their overall well-being. Each group is guided by a trained student peer facilitator.
When do they take place?
Student Support Groups are offered in regular rotations throughout the year. Groups meet once a week for six consecutive weeks. The specific day and time varies by group and is listed in the registration form.
Next round of support groups starts October 2026
The next round of student support groups will start on 26 October. You can register for a support group via this page between 24 September and 19 October.

Study Groups
Study Groups provide a supportive space to stay focused and motivated in your studies. Join a group to connect with fellow students, check in with each other, and keep each other on track – all under the guidance of a student-volunteer.
Each session start with setting your own study goals, which you can discuss with the group and the volunteer. Once you begin working, you can make use of noise-cancelling headphones and desk dividers, and you’re welcome to hand your phone to the volunteer to help you stay focused. The sessions ends with a short reflection on your progress and how the session went.
Groups take place at Plexus and Wijnhaven on the following days/times:
- Tuesday: 10.00 - 13.30 or 14.00 - 17.30
- Wednesday: 10.00 - 13.30 or 14.00 - 17.30
