From Friday 23 October 2026 6.00 p.m. until Sunday 25 October 2026 11.00 p.m. there will be major maintenance on ULCN.

During this maintenance services will be limited:

• You may experience problems logging in with your ULCN account.
• Passwords cannot be set or changed, neither via Account Services nor via the helpdesk or servicedesk. 
• Uploading photographs for your LU-Card will not be possible. 
• LU-Cards cannot be printed or activated.
• Guest accounts cannot be registered or modified. 

We will try to limit this inconvenience, but temporary interruptions in this service are unavoidable.

If you want to activate your account or need to change your password, do so as soon as possible and do not wait until this maintenance weekend.
