In dit seminar gaan we aan de slag met het identificeren van aspecten rond zingeving ("purpose") en jouw waarden. We onderzoeken wat jij belangrijk vindt in het leven en waarom. We zullen ons bezig houden met vragen als:
n this seminar, we will focus on identifying aspects around your “purpose” and values. We will explore what you find important in life and why. We will focus on topics related to questions such as:
“What do I find important?”
“What do I want to bring others?”
“How does my study relate to me and my values?”
“What ideas do I have that I would like to bring into practice?”
"Should I keep doing something I am good at, but don’t like doing?”
We work with tools that help you find and anchor direction in your own life, study path, ambitions and other activities.

The three components are:
- Seminar I Purpose Compass: explore what matters to help you choose on April 29th (Leiden)
- Seminar II Talent & Traps: explore your strengths and weaknesses on May 1st (Leiden)
- Seminar III Commitment: from Intention to Action on May 6th (Leiden)
You can follow these seminars in a combination or seperately. During sign up you choose your wished seminars. Next to these interactive seminars you can also request a personal coaching session.
*Please note: this boost consists of three consecutive meetings that count as modules of the “Personal Professional Skills Lab” for FSW first- and second-year students of IRO, Political Science, Psychology and Cultural Anthropology programmes. This boost is worth three credits towards the certificate.
