What are your (hidden) strengths and what are your pitfalls? In this seminar, you will learn to recognise and articulate these, in order to increase your self-awareness.

You may sometimes ask yourself:
How or why am I unique?
What am I really good at?
How can I deal with my own automatic responses/behaviour?
How can I learn to deal with unpleasant situations better?
How can I distinguish myself, both during my studies and in my future career?
What unique qualities can I use to be more successful in my studies, in groups, during internships, at work or in other situations?
In this seminar, we will explore two sides of the same coin and you will learn about your Talents and Traps. There will be a lot of interaction with fellow students and personal attention from the trainer/coach.

Then join the “Talent Boost” programme and learn more about how you want to help shape your future.
The three components are:
- Seminar I Purpose Compass: explore what matters to help you choose on April 29th (Leiden)
- Seminar II Talent & Traps: explore your strengths and weaknesses on May 1st (Leiden)
- Seminar III Commitment: from Intention to Action on May 6th (Leiden)
You can follow these seminars in a combination or seperately. During sign up you choose your wished seminars. Next to these interactive seminars you can also request a personal coaching session.
*Please note: this boost consists of three consecutive meetings that count as modules of the “Personal Professional Skills Lab” for FSW first- and second-year students of IRO, Political Science, Psychology and Cultural Anthropology programmes. This boost is worth three credits towards the certificate.
