The Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies and the French Embassy in The Hague invite you to a Panel Discussion on 'Ethical Principles for International Criminal Judges'

The "Ethica - The path to a common code of ethics for international criminal judges" project, inspired by the Paris Declaration on international criminal justice effectiveness, examines ethical and deontological issues in international criminal justice. Led by the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature, the International Nuremberg Principles Academy, and the Siracusa International Institute, the project is supported by France through the financial contribution of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and of Expertise France. It offers principles and guidelines developed by experts during seminars held in Nuremberg and Paris in 2023.
