About the lecture
During this lecture, Henk Warnar will talk about and the importance of maritime strategy in a period of increasing great power competition, about naval operations and planning, in the national context and within NATO.
Captain-at Sea Henk Warnar is a Dutch Naval officer and Associate Professor at the Dutch Defence Academy with broad experience in operations and staffs at headquarters and the Ministry of Defence.
