Other types of complaints
Do you have a complaint but it doesn’t fall under any of our other complaint regulations or bodies? If so you can refer to the regulations on ‘other complaints’.
If you have a complaint, first check whether it falls under one of the following categories and read the relevant advice:
- Disagreeing with a decision
- Unacceptable behaviour
- Sexual harassment
- Improper treatment
- Academic integrity
- Malpractice
