Education administration offices

Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.

Educational Service Centre

The Educational Service Centre (OSC) is responsible for the registration of educational and study matters and provides information to students during office hours.

On Wednesday June 29th and Thursday June 30th, the OSC Student desk will be closed, but we will be available by telephone between 10.00 and 12.00 am.

From Monday July 4th to Friday July 29th, our desk is closed and we are only available via e-mail at osc.fgga@fgga.leidenuniv.nl.

Starting Monday August 1st our desk will be open again per the regular opening hours and we will also be available by telephone again.


The OSC Student Desk at the Wijnhaven building is open Monday to Thursday between 10.00 and 12.00h. We are also available by telephone during those hours, via 070 800 9488. We are always available via e-mail, at osc.fgga@fgga.leidenuniv.nl.

Transcripts are currently provided digitally. In case you really need a physical transcript, please indicate this in your request. It may take a little longer to process a physical transcript request. 

Services (OSC)

  • The administration of educational data and exam results;
  • Providing information via the notice boards and other means;
  • Processing and publication of exam results (uSis);
  • The organisation of tests and exams;
  • Requests for diploma's;
  • Because  of the AVG/GDPR, we send transcripts and other digital documents containing personal data only to uMail addresses. If you request a transcript from us, please do so from your uMail address;
  • Scheduling.

Of course, questions and requests can be send by mail.

Education administration offices

The Leiden University College (LUC) Course Administration team is the first point of contact for any questions related to (enrollment in) LUC courses, grades obtained in LUC courses, LUC-related uSis questions, etc.

The Course Administration team can be contacted at course.administration@luc.leidenuniv.nl.

If you need an academic transcript--an overview of grades obtained at LUC and your GPA--please use this form to request such a document. Please note that it may take up to five working days for the Course Administration team to produce and forward your document, so if you have a deadline, make sure to submit your request in a timely fashion.

If you want to switch, join, or drop any Semester 1, 2021-2022 LUC courses, please use this form.
