Printing and copying

There are printers in most Leiden University buildings which you can access using your account.

It’s easiest to print and copy using your LU-Card, but if you have a student account you can also log into our printers using the Pin Point terminals or Touch ID pads.

Print credit

You have to load credit onto your LU-Card to be able to use it for printing. There are two ways to do so: via a Pin Point using your debit card or credit card, or online via the Webprint page using iDeal or credit card (mobile access also available). There are Pin Points at the KOG, Lipsius, Pieter de la Court, Van Steenis and Gorlaeus buildings, as well as at the university library and Plexus, and in the Hague at Schouwburgstraat and Anna van Buerenplein.

If the balance on your LU-Card is greater than 3 euros you can ask to have it refunded to you by completing a refund LU-Card credit form and submitting it at a Copy & Print shop. Don’t forget to sign the form!

Printing problems

You can report printing problems by submitting a printing problems support form. Please report malfunctioning printers at a Copy & Print Shop or Servicedesk
