Education administration offices

Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.

Administration Office

The Administration Office is responsible for the organisation and management of all mattters concerning students, such as the entry of study results, registration of examinations, graduations, etc.

The Student Administration Desk is open on

  • Monday from 13.00 - 16.00 hours
  • Thursday from 10.00 - 13.00 hours

You can find the Administration Desk in the A wing, on the second floor of the Van Steenis building.

Please note that we are only able to answer your request when emailing with your student email (@umail.leidenuniv.nl). 


Study results can be checked in uSis.


In order to keep up to date, it is important to read the announcements on the student website. These announcements contain important information on your studies, timetable changes, etc.
