Education administration offices
Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.
If you require information that is not specific to your study programme or faculty you can contact the university's central student administration department via the Student Affairs Front Office.
Science Student Administration
The Science Student Administration is responsible for the registration of grades and results. Students can contact the Science Student Administration by telephone or by visiting the administration desk.

Our service desk is opened from Monday to Thursday between 10.00 and 14.00 hrs. On Friday, our service desk is opened between 10.00 and 12.00 hrs. You can reach us by phone on 071 527 2965.
